Guests that are chosen to interact on the panel discussion will do so via a state-of-the art video conferencing method. Guests are able to express amusement, share ideas, dialogue and debate in real time.
A maximum of 30 minutes will be needed of your time to record the sessions.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
• Internet Acces (BROADBAND USAGE) Bandwidth requirements: Minimum 128kbps downstream or upstream. For High Resolution, 384 kbps downstream or upstream bandwidth is recommended.
• Equipment: Webcam, mircrophone and computer. To test or configure your equipment, select "Settings' from the "File' menu and click on the "Camera' or "Audio Devices' tabs.
• Lighting: Because cameras are less sensitive to light than the human eye, it is important to have good lighting when using a web cam. Poor video quality can be a result of having a lack of proper lighting. Please be sure to have enough lighting before logging in.
• PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR SYSTEM MEETS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

Requests to be a guest or to engage in the video conference discussions for the 2nd Quarter of 2011 will begin on March 20, 2011. The closing date is April 14 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Requests for the month of May will initiate on March 27 and will close on April 27, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
You may submit your request at any time within the reservation window. All requests have an equal chance of being selected. Slots will be filled by a random selection process.
Studio guests must be able to travel to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area. Video conference guests are not restricted to a given geographical location. However, English must be your primary language. You must must be a least 18 years of age for consideration to be granted.
